Reservations
Genuinely available times, seats counted across the whole stay window, a double-booking lock.
When the evening is full, it says: fully booked. Anyone who still wants to come is on your waiting list – and you get in touch when something frees up.
A cancellation link with no account and no sign-in – cancelled seats go straight back on sale.
Confirmation and reminder by email, on the day of the reservation.
Phone bookings count in the same seat tally.
Timeline and floor plan – even with 150 or 200 seats, the whole evening fits in one glance.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup times from your real kitchen planning, lead time included – no calendar grid.
The confirmation page tracks the status through to “Ready for pickup”.
Cancelling works as long as the kitchen hasn't started.
The price is always fixed at your place, not on the guest's phone.
As many voucher codes as you like: a percentage or a fixed amount, on everything or only on dishes you choose, with a date range and a usage limit. The guest types the code in when ordering.
Pickup always, delivery if you want it: with your own drivers, to the postcodes you choose. Guests pay you, at the counter or at the door – or online through your own Stripe account if you switch that on; the price is always confirmed at the restaurant.
The panel
The pass shows every order as a card, under New, In the kitchen and Ready for pickup – late means a red dot and a reminder every five minutes.
The day book never deletes – only a status changes. “But I did book” stays answerable.
Four honest numbers before service: today against the same weekday last week.
Sits as an app icon on the phone; new reservations ring on every signed-in device.
