In Germany. Backed up. Tidied every night.
Trust does not come from badges but from things that really happen. This is what we do for every restaurant:
Your data lives in Germany.
Every restaurant has its own, separate space. No other restaurant can see your data – not even by accident.
A complete backup every night.
Menu, photos, reservations, settings: everything is backed up every night and additionally stored encrypted in a second place. We regularly check that everything can be restored from it.
Guest data disappears by itself.
Your guests' names, phone numbers and e-mails are deleted after 90 days. What remains are your numbers: how full the evening was, not who was there.
You see when we look inside.
When our support enters your panel, a notice shows it to you live. You can end the access at any time, and every visit stays on record for you.
Nothing foreign on your guest site.
No ads, no third-party analytics, no third-party services. A single cookie so guests do not type their details twice – nothing more.
No password by e-mail.
Your access comes as a time-limited invitation link, and you choose the password yourself. Nobody gets into your panel without you.
Your data is yours – to take with you.
In the panel you can download everything that belongs to your restaurant at any time: menu, photos, reservations, guest list, settings – as one file, with one click.
At the end of the contract we tidy up by ourselves.
When your contract ends, we remind you beforehand, your data stays available for download for another month – and after that your restaurant is deleted from our systems completely, without you having to think about it.
Signed, not claimed.
At Resmuar, allergen labelling is part of the architecture, not a footnote: it structurally cannot be switched off, and the notice sits on the order page before the contract is concluded – where it legally counts.
In the panel, a review screen checks every dish description against the declared allergens and flags gaps with the trigger words: if “walnut” is in the text but the dish carries no label, you'll see it.
The confirmation carries a name and a date – and expires automatically the moment the dish is changed. You know at all times what you declared, and when.
Homemade gnocchi with walnut pesto, parmesan and brown butter.
